Delivery & Lead Times
5 questions-
Lead times are 4–16 weeks depending on the type and scope of the order. Standard equipment (pasteurisers, separators, individual units) — 4–8 weeks. Complete turnkey processing lines — 12–16 weeks. The exact timeline is fixed in the contract after the specification is agreed upon.
-
Yes, we supply equipment to all CIS countries. For Russia we operate through a Russian legal entity. For Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and other countries — foreign trade operations from Belarus with full customs clearance and transaction support. We have extensive experience working within the EAEU framework.
-
Yes, we work with leasing companies in Belarus and Russia. Instalment plans are available for 6–36 months depending on the contract value and partner bank terms. We handle all the necessary paperwork. Contact our manager for a personalised calculation.
-
Delivery is carried out by road, rail or multimodal transport — depending on the equipment dimensions and delivery address. Full customs support is included in the price. Cargo insurance, packaging and loading/unloading operations are arranged separately upon agreement.
-
Yes, delivery of a single machine with subsequent scaling to a full line is possible. This lets you evaluate the equipment under your real production conditions before expanding your investment. The majority of our long-term clients started with exactly this kind of pilot project.
Installation & Launch
5 questions-
Yes, all deliveries include supervised installation. Our team of installation engineers and technologists travels directly to your facility. Start-up and commissioning (PNR) and handover to operation are a mandatory part of every contract. We never dispatch equipment to site without a professional launch.
-
Installation timelines depend on project complexity: a standard line takes 5–14 days; a full dairy processing workshop takes 30–60 days. The installation schedule is coordinated with your production calendar to minimise downtime.
-
Yes, we provide a facility preparation specification (floor plans, load capacities, utilities, ventilation). Our technologist conducts a preliminary site audit, after which a complete list of requirements is prepared. This avoids rework during installation.
-
Absolutely. Training for operators and technologists is included in the supply contract. Certificates are issued upon completion. The programme includes hands-on equipment operation, CIP/SIP sanitation procedures and troubleshooting of typical faults. Additional training at our base in Minsk is available if required.
-
We rectify them at our cost within 48 hours. Full warranty liability applies — the production process is not interrupted beyond the permissible period. In critical cases, temporary substitution of a unit from our spare parts warehouse is possible.
Warranty & Service
5 questions-
12–24 months depending on the manufacturer and equipment type. Complete lines based on European manufacturers — 24 months. Individual units — 12–18 months. The warranty period is fixed in the contract for each specification line item separately.
-
Within 24–48 hours for Belarus and Russia. For Kazakhstan and other CIS countries — 72 hours. Remote diagnostics via the real-time monitoring system is also available, enabling up to 40% of faults to be resolved without a site visit.
-
Yes, we maintain a spare parts warehouse in Minsk. Critical parts — pumps, seals, valves, heat-exchanger plates — are dispatched within 24 hours. Clients with an active service contract receive priority fulfilment.
-
Scheduled maintenance includes: full diagnostics of all components, replacement of consumables (seals, filters, lubricants), calibration and adjustment checks. For Promilk AI systems — software and analytical model updates. All work is recorded in an electronic service log.
-
Yes, our service department maintains equipment from leading global manufacturers: GEA, Alfa Laval, SPX FLOW, Tetra Pak and others. We do not tie clients to "our own" machinery — we help keep any dairy equipment operational.
Promilk AI & Technology
5 questions-
Promilk AI is a real-time milk loss monitoring system. Sensors are installed at key points in the processing chain: intake, separation, pasteurisation, filling. Artificial intelligence analyses flows, detects anomalies and leakages. The result — 9–13% raw material savings versus industry norms.
-
Minimum requirements: milk flow meters, temperature and pressure sensors, an internet connection (4G or wired). The system is compatible with most existing dairy lines — both new and previously installed. Our engineers will conduct an audit and determine the exact equipment composition for your plant.
-
Pricing starts from €15,000 for a small plant. Payback is 1.5–3 months at a processing volume of 50 tonnes of milk per day. For larger enterprises the cost is calculated individually. Instalment payment is available.
-
Yes, we support integration with popular SCADA and MES systems: Wonderware, SIEMENS SIMATIC, 1C UPP/ERP and others — via open API and standard protocols (OPC-UA, Modbus, REST). We will prepare a technical integration specification tailored to your configuration.
-
Yes, we provide a 30-day pilot project directly at your facility. Payment only on results: if the system does not demonstrate the stated savings, you pay nothing. This is our guarantee of effectiveness.
